Team members are: (Kneeling L-R) Rick Patterson, Shannon Grant, Nathan Langell, Dragan Lepir, and Nathan's cousin.

(Standing L-R) Unknown Player, Alan Roy (Team Manager), Gary Weekes, George Shirley, Stipo Filipovic, Carl Richardson and Martin Hardy.

The Fredericton City Old Boys Soccer Club entered a team into the Bridgewater Over 45 Tournament again this year. A small group of just 10 Old Boys', joined by Nathan Langell's cousin, went to the annual Bridgewater tournament. We picking up an addittional player in Bridgewater to round out the squad.

There were 6 teams participating in the tournament. (Fredericton Old Boys, Bridgewater, Fundy, New Ross - Halifax, Sporting Rangers - Dartmouth, and West Rouge Blues - Ontario).

The Old Boys' first game was against West Rouge Blues, a team from Ontario, and we were able to beat them 4-1. We then played our second game, this time against Sporting Rangers from Dartmouth. After being up 2-0 for most of the game Sporting ended up scoring 2 goals for the tie. The Old Boys' then played Fundy in the cross over and lost 2 - 0. One of the tournament highlights was Rick Patterson, the "Orginal Old Boy", scoring a nice goal. Way to go Rick.
